The build continues....... The last update my yet to be named Librarian, Vet Sgt Grimm (count as Garadon) and 2 of his Ten Tactical squad mates. Today I completed building the rest of Sgt Grimm's Squad.

The updated List (Built in red/  painted in blue):
Sgt Grimm Tactical Squad/  Drop pod
Librarian
Stern guard (7 man)/ drop pod
Stern guard (7 man)/ drop pod
Tactical Squads (10 man)/ drop pod
Tactical Squad (10 man)/ drop pod
Storm Talon
Death wind drop pod (with assault cannons)
Death wind drop pod (with assault cannons)

here's the Pics:

MK VI Armour led Combat squad with Plasma Cannon

As you notice the second half of the Tactical squad doesn't have running legs......they will be the only ones in the whole army that won't have the running legs.....could only acquire 25 assault marine legs and 15 vanguard legs...

Also all bolter marines will have the Anvil Industry Upgrades. I plan to build the Drop pods all at the same time......so that is gonna take some time with the death winds I have to convert. I need to  purchase another tactical squad box so I have all  my models. but 11 days down and 11 models built.......

  1. I like, will the section leader have his own back banner?

  3. Fair enough, I like them, but it helps to reinforce the shoulder heraldry for my Marines. Funny part is, I never use them on my plague marines, and the legions are where that started. Other than aesthetics, I use them to help keep track of tactical squads, and to help differentiate my assault squad without jump packs.

  4. oh these will have their tactical markings (minus mk6 dude) on them plus I think I may do the Company marking (2nd Co) on their legs...

  5. I like that way, you could also add a crusade marking. In fact that could be something we all do with our loyalist forces. I think it might be a nice bit of branding if we had an entropic crusade" campaign badge.
